Foundations has been successful in increasing professionalism and leading on best practice for the 230 HIAs in England, so that they are equipped to support the 40,000 vulnerable people they provide services for.
CEL Transform is responsible for the management of CEL’s relationship with Digital Outreach Limited (DOL), a joint venture with Age UK and Community Service Volunteers (CSV). DOL is playing a leading role in the Digital Switchover Scheme – the project that will see the UK switch from analogue to digital television. This partnership is proving to be unprecedented – both in terms of its ability to mobilise the 3rd Sector to deliver a major change project on a national scale and in terms of this being achieved through a partnership of 3rd sector and private sector working together to deliver an innovative service proposition.
